How scheduling actually works
Scheduling is not a delayed upload. The file transfer happens immediately, during the normal upload run. What is scheduled is the publish moment: YouTube stores the video privately and flips it to public at the timestamp attached to it.
That distinction matters for planning. Your upload window is bound by your internet connection and the size of the batch, not by your content calendar. Once a video finishes transferring, it is safe on YouTube's side and will go live on time whether or not your machine is on, awake, or connected.

Keep the earliest date far enough out that a slow upload cannot overrun it. A large batch on a slow connection takes real time, and a publish date that arrives mid-run is a video going public before you meant it to.
New or unverified YouTube channels are capped by YouTube on daily uploads and maximum video length, no matter which tool you use. If you are planning a large scheduled batch on a fresh channel, verify it first or the batch will stall against limits that have nothing to do with Tubeup.
