Dormefy started from the observation that all of that work is deterministic. If the rules are written down once — who eats by default, when the cutoff is, how deposits net against consumption — a system can apply them perfectly, every day, without anyone being reminded.
So that is what Dormefy does. It captures meals at the source, keeps the ledger current, rotates duty fairly, and produces the month-end bill as a by-product of normal operation rather than an event you have to survive.
