Every service business we talked to had the same tab bar: a CRM, a proposal tool, an e-signature service, a scheduler, a project app, a client portal, an invoicing tool and a time tracker. Eight logins, eight per-seat bills, and the same client's name and address typed into most of them. The software wasn't the hard part of their work — but it was eating a surprising share of the week.
WordPress was already the one system they owned outright. It already had users, roles, a database, a file store and a domain with their name on it. So Cliezoo puts the whole client business there, as one workspace where a lead, a proposal, a project and an invoice are the same record seen at different moments.
AI came in with a rule we didn't bend: it drafts, people decide. Agents summarise threads, plan projects, write follow-ups and flag invoices likely to be paid late — on your real data, through the provider and keys you choose — and anything that deletes, sends or touches money waits for a person.
