Why We Built It
Most Customer Questions Are the Same Question.
The Answer Should Still Be Right.
Sell anything on Facebook and you learn the rhythm quickly: a post goes up, and the comments fill with “price?”, “size ache?” and “delivery koto?”. The inbox does the same. Every one of those is a buyer, and every one that waits too long goes to the next seller in their feed. Most of the answers already exist — in a price list, a delivery chart, a returns policy — but someone still has to type them, one at a time, in whichever mix of Bangla and English the customer used.
The obvious fix is an auto-reply bot, but most of them go through Meta's API, which covers Pages and Instagram and stopped covering Groups in 2024. And a bot that confidently quotes the wrong price is worse than no reply. So Replyzoo works through the normal Facebook page in your own Chrome — which is why it can answer in Groups and on your profile — and answers only from the information you gave it.
We built it to behave like a careful person rather than a bot. New agents start in dry run. Replies are typed at a human pace with hard caps on volume. A reply with a number or link that isn't in your information is never posted automatically. And the moment Facebook shows a checkpoint, everything stops until you say otherwise.
