Why We Built It
Making the Video Is the Fun Part.
Publishing It Shouldn't Take Longer.
Before Vdoup, we built Tubeup, our YouTube automation app, and it taught us that the work after the export is where creators and teams lose their week: the same file uploaded again and again, the same description rewritten to fit each platform's limits, and a failed post discovered the next afternoon.
YouTube is no longer the only place a video lives. A clip that does well on Shorts belongs on TikTok, Reels, X and Bluesky too, and a company explainer belongs on LinkedIn and Facebook. Every one of those platforms has different fields, different limits and different rules about covers, boards and hashtags. Doing that by hand doesn't scale past a few videos a week.
So Vdoup treats publishing as one job with nine destinations. The platform rules live in the product, AI writes each post inside them, and every publish runs through a workflow with the guarantees that automation needs: no duplicate posts, approvals when a person should decide, and a clear reason whenever something waits.
